Our wonderful staff is not complete without mentioning our Journey essential personnel. Jeri Ann DelMonte- Office Manager and Marie Maio- Financial Officer, will assist you in obtaining information and booking appointments.
CATHERINE STACK - Doctor of Naturopathy, Certified Nurse Midwife, Registered Nurse, Colon Hydrotherapist, Founder & CEO of Journey II Health, LLC. Cathi is living her vision of helping others find and maintain health with unique and effective therapies. She is currently writing for LightBridges Magazine, Western New York Women, Western New York Health and The Niagara Gazette. She was recently named "TOP HEALTH CARE 50" for Western New York and Southern Ontario by BUSINESS FIRST Magazine for her work and development of Journey II Health (2008). Her focus at JOURNEY has been on holistic nutrition and assisting others in finding vitality, health and balance in their lives. She is also a certified colon hydrotherapist. Along with operating Journey II Health and seeing clients, Cathi works as a Nurse Midwife at Millard Filmore Suburban Hospital. Cathi has been working in the traditional healthcare setting as a RN/Certified Nurse Midwife for over 22 years. She has been married 22 wonderful years to a very supportive husband (Patrick) and has two children, Josh and Samantha.

CATHERINE MILLER SMITH - Certified Colon Therapist- International Association of Colon Hydrotherapists (I-ACT)
Journey's newest addition! As the demand for colon therapy increases and often had a 1-2 week wait list, we are so happy to extend out hours with our new staff addition. Catherine brings a vast combined knowlege of many holistic therapies and nutrition. She is kind and gentle, making your experience comfortable as well as educational. We are so happy to have her!

RENEE BOSI - Doctor of Naturopathy
Renee has worked as a Social Worker in the both Mental Health and Addiction fields for over 16 years, as well as practicing as a Doctor of Naturopathy. This extensive knowledge of emotional healing combined with her work as a Naturopath, integrate comprehensive healing of mind and body. Renee’s experience and services include counseling, stress management, preventive health and immunity, acupuncture detoxification specialist, weight loss planning, childhood obesity (programming for parents and children), and a natural approach to reclaiming your health and well being.

MARY ELLEN BARNUM - Licenced Massage Therapist and Reflexologist
Mary Ellen offers years of experience and healing talent to our Journey staff. Offering a variety of services that include Medical massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Hot stone Massage and Reflexology, Mary Ellen has a knack for identifying troubled areas on the body.

Lynn demonstrates her gifts and passion when it comes to Kripalu Yoga. Kripalu Yoga is about posture, your expression of a pose, shaped to your unique body. Lynn is filled with a vibrant , optimistic energy that is infectious in her classes. We are proud and honored to have Lynn as our SHIRODHARA THERAPIST.
